These terms tell you how you may make use of the Ninnyknits website which is owned and operated by Susan Taylor. By using this website you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with the terms set out below you should refrain from using this website.

This Website

We reserve the right to change, modify, remove or substitute any of the information on this website, including these terms, from time to time. You agree to be bound by the terms in force at the time of your visit to this website. Prices and availability are subject to change and we may cancel orders at our discretion. If your order is cancelled you will not be charged.

This website is designed for people who are in the UK. If you are not in the UK when you access this site you are responsible for abiding by the laws of the country that you are in.

You must not use this website in any way that causes this website to be interrupted or damaged in any way or for any fraudulent, criminal or otherwise unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, including copyright, trademarks and design rights in this website and the patterns advertised and sold through this website are owned by Ninnyknits' founder, Susan Taylor. When you use this website or purchase a Ninnyknits pattern you are granted a limited licence to make personal use of the website or the pattern. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of this website or any product purchased from Ninnyknits.

The Order Process

When you place an order through this website, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received. Your order represents an offer to purchase goods from us which is accepted when we dispatch your goods. Payment will be taken when we are ready to dispatch your goods. When we dispatch your goods, this forms a contract between us. We will aim to dispatch your order within 48hours of receipt of your order, but this may not always be possible and we will notify you if this is the case.

All orders not available as a download will be dispatched by Royal Mail first class post.

If you are not in the UK and wish to place an order, please contact info@ninnyknits.co.uk for delivery information and costs. Please note that goods sent outside of the EU may incur customs duty. Any such duty is your sole responsibility.


If you wish to return your order, you can do so within 7 working days of receiving it. Please return it in the condition in which you receive it, with any packaging intact, and we will refund the cost of the returned item (but not of any delivery charges).

Our liability

We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.

We will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with these terms for:

We do not endorse any third party website and consequently cannot be held responsible for the content or operation of any third party website.


We process your personal data solely for the purposes of sending you the patterns that your order and for keeping our own internal records. If you apply to do handknitting for Ninnyknits, we will process your personal data for our own administrative purposes and in connection with your application and with any subsequent work you undertake for us.

We will not transfer your personal data outside of the EU or to any third party and we will not send you marketing information.


The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any claim arising in connection with the use of our website. These terms are governed by English law.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
